Statement of Guarantee

MPC-G will make available equivalent replacement parts for products sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.

3 Year On-site Service
(Includes parts replacement and technical support)

An MPC-authorized technician is sent on-site to replace defective parts once technical support has determined that a replacement part and an on-site service call is required. Prior to ending the call, technical support will schedule an agreed upon timeframe with you for the on-site technician to arrive the next business day. Once scheduled, the on-site technician will arrive to replace the defective part, verify system functionality, and return the defective part back to MPC. If the LCD display, motherboard or CPU in the ClientPro All-in-One 17" fails, the customer will be required to return the system to an MPC-designated repair facility to receive service.
